It’s a common movie meme. A small group of people in an isolated location, then one of the party says “I don’t like it, it’s too quiet”. The implication is that there is some unknown danger, but it is the absence of noise that causes concern.
Does this remind you of your shared mobility operation? Are you constantly checking that things are going as expected? Do things go wrong, but you don’t find out until days later? Is it too quiet?
Sometimes peace and quiet can be idyllic, but at other times, it can be an economic disaster.
Anadue is launching Management Alerts as a new feature of Pathfinder. Whatever keeps you awake at night need no longer worry you. Pathfinder will proactively inform you if things are going wrong.
Typical applications:
The number of daily rides in a town drops below a threshold
The % of your fleet with low battery exceeds a threshold
The % of your fleet that hasn’t had a ride for more than 48 hours exceeds a threshold
The number of actions done by your street teams is unusually low, or high
When whatever it is that you are worried about happens, Pathfinder will proactively send you an email with all the details you need to understand what’s going on, and how to fix it.
Deep breaths, relax. We’ll tell you if there’s anything to worry about.
